Have you already carried the Olympic Torch or will you be carrying it before Sunday 8th July?  Are you passionate about encouraging young people in sport?  Could you come to Tonbridge School Sports Centre on the afternoon of Sunday 8th July?

Marc Southon

"It is with great sadness that we report the death of one of our ex members, Marc Southern.Marc was a great triathlete but more importantly a true gentleman.  He was self-effacing, gentle and kind.He loved his motorbike, he would turn up at the pool on the coldest of nights in his motorcycle kit , he was tough but so placid.I enjoyed a cup of tea  with him a few weeks ago after one of the Leybourne races.  He was on great form and was just about to buy a new TT bike for IM Frankfurt in July.

Bike Boxes

The Club has just purchased two sparkly new bike boxes for club members to hire out.  Rental details to follow but for now have a look at the new bling!

Five club members (to the best of my knowledge) took part in this top quality event at Emberton Country Park which also acted as a World qualifier

Jurassic Sportive

Bit last minute this. We have had a few week-ends away around South Dorset and the Jurassic coast, and had always thought it would be nice to thrash round on the road bikes, so the “Jurassic Beast” sportive looked just the ticket.

Kim Moves Up In Distance - Swashbuckler Tri

At the 2012 race, all current Evergreens that were present were awarded with an Evergreens medal.  Any Evergreens who have not received their medal will receive one at a race in the future.
